4 Frustrating

The staff at the hotel reception were extremely rude. I would recommend that the hotel either replace their staff or provide them with basic communication training. The hotel is generally clean, but the service does not match the price. Our room had the wrong bed type, and when we asked for it to be changed, we were initially told it was not possible due to being fully booked. However, when we requested the separate beds to be merged, they suddenly found us a new room, showing that they had not been honest with us initially. The beach was overcrowded, as they allow non-hotel guests to use it, making it difficult to find a spot. Reserving a separate area for hotel guests could help alleviate this issue. The staff were helpful, but the facilities were lacking. The breakfast was subpar, and the restaurant had a lot of flies, which is not sanitary. Parking is a problem on busy days.

This was our first time staying at this beach. The price was a bit higher than we anticipated, but the pool and beach were nice. Unfortunately, our room was located above the restaurant, so we didn't have a great view. Additionally, the internet didn't work in that corner of the hotel. We informed the staff about the issue, but they didn't resolve it or offer to change our room.
