In my opinion, this beach is the most beautiful one in Florida! We explored both the East and West sides of Florida, and this particular section has the most stunning sand! Keep in mind that it is a national park, so there is an entrance fee. I recommend purchasing the annual pass for all national parks, as it's only $80 a year and grants you free access to all parks in the USA! Unlike Pensacola beach, this beach is not overcrowded, making it much more enjoyable if you're with young children. Occasionally, you can even catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels or other military aircraft and helicopters! I also suggest arriving in the morning as parking spots are limited. The water is always calmer in the morning, making it the perfect time for snorkeling and spotting beautiful fish, rays, and dolphins! Additionally, this beach is conveniently located near the Pensacola pier and shopping area. There are also some great restaurants nearby, so you have everything you need for a wonderful day with your family and friends! The sunset here is truly breathtaking, and your wife will definitely want to capture it with her camera! Around 4:00-5:00 pm, there's a high chance of spotting dolphins not too far from the shore! I hope you and your family have a fantastic time!
