We found the best family-friendly beach in the Caux area, complete with a spacious free parking lot and a quick walk to the shore. The sandy beach is mostly free of rocks, but it's important to check the tide schedule and plan your visit accordingly to avoid any issues with the rising tide. Children will love playing in the water where a river meets the sea, creating dams and enjoying the flow.
The beach has light pebbles and is located under some unstable cliffs, making the parking situation a bit nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms or electricity available, and the space is quite limited. The fee of €10 seems excessive for what is offered. Despite these drawbacks, the nearby town appears charming. After spending the night, I continued on my journey.
