Hamelin Bay - all beaches

Stunning beach, and the corner was truly cozy.

Wow, this beach is a must-visit for everyone! We decided to come early in order to have a more peaceful experience observing the rays, but unfortunately, we didn't spot any. However, I wasn't really expecting to see them, so we simply took a stroll along the beach. At around 9:00 am, we finally caught sight of the first rays gracefully gliding through the water. They were absolutely stunning and surprisingly friendly! If you remain still and calm, they will swim right by your feet.

What a stunning spot! The ocean stretches out endlessly in a mesmerizing shade of turquoise, while the sand is pure white. It was such a tranquil and rejuvenating day.

There is a long, wide stretch of beach along the Cape to Cape walk. It's a relief to reach a flat surface after Elephant Rock. The sand is firm enough for walking, although it does become narrower and softer as you head further south. Nonetheless, it's another stunning beach.

The water is nice and clear, making it a great spot for swimming and bringing the kids. Just be mindful of the tides and waves, as some areas of the beach can get rough.
