The campgrounds are extremely dusty, and the beach is covered in seaweed. It's best to avoid this campsite in late September when the winds are strong.
The beach is stunning with crystal-clear water and soft, white sand, but it can get crowded with tourists. The shallow sea is perfect for children to play in safely, and there are plenty of seagulls around. Kids love spending hours here, and there is a water source near the public toilets for washing up.
This has been our top WA experience to date!!! The bay is sheltered, with no wind, flies, bugs, or bities!! The water is crystal clear, and we had a waterfront campsite at number 29. The camp hosts were lovely and helpful. Truly a paradise!!!!
What can we say? It's beautiful, and if you're careful, you might spot some unusual sand fauna. It's also a lovely spot for snorkeling.
This beach is absolutely stunning. You can drive along the shoreline and spend hours there! It's incredibly peaceful.
