Very poor
The area features charming dunes and accessible boardwalks that lead to the beach. However, there is a noticeable abundance of no-parking signs, which seem designed to discourage non-locals from visiting the beaches. The signs warn of a $90 parking fine every three hours, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. This setup feels exclusionary, as it effectively prevents those without property in the area from enjoying the so-called "public" beaches.

The beach itself is fantastic, but I had some unpleasant encounters with the locals. I never have and never will pay any fines, even if I receive one. I parked my car and walked to the beach to swim. This beach is public property and belongs to everyone, not just a select few. Any fines issued can be disregarded, as I am a tourist and will be leaving the country soon. Any tickets I receive will simply end up in the trash.

Amazing beach. Though it's only 200 meters long, it offers a stunning view of the headlands above Collingwood and across to Colpoys Bay. So why only 4 stars? Because someone has made parking nearly impossible. There are about 2 parking spots if you don't count the 2 handicap spaces. Why? It seems the locals might not want to share their incredible spot with the rest of us. The beach features a beautiful boardwalk that protects the sensitive dunes, which are being restored with native grasses and foliage. A lovely lookout provides a commanding view of Georgian Bay. We were just passing through, but I urge local residents to advocate for better access. We witnessed a spectacular storm across the Bay. Magnificent!
