Kalpitiya and Puttalam boast one of the finest beaches around, perfect for those who love to kite surf. Tourists flock here to enjoy the sport in safety, and although there is no fresh water available for bathing, the view is breathtaking. There are no issues to worry about, and you can travel to the beach with any vehicle. Parking facilities are available, but at your own risk.
