The Peanut Farm Beach was the absolute highlight of my trip to Arugam Bay. The beach appears to be almost untouched, and it is not a popular spot for tourists unless you are an avid surfer. It is a hidden gem that is definitely worth visiting for a day trip or even for camping overnight on the sand. You can light a small fire on the beach, but make sure to bring your own alcohol as there is no licensed bar available. However, you can still enjoy fresh juice, smoothies, water, and meals during your visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed by making your way to this serene spot, and you can easily catch a local tuk-tuk to get there and ride like a local.

This beach is a surfer's paradise! It's not as congested as other popular beaches, and reaching it requires a tuktuk or jeep. While you're there, you might even spot some wild monkeys or the occasional crocodile. However, as time goes on, the beach is becoming more populated. One highlight of the area is the elephant rock viewpoint, which is a quick and easy hike that takes only 5-10 minutes. From the top, you'll be treated to stunning vistas of the surfers and a charming lagoon.
