Kacjak beach

The beach itself was lovely, with soft sand and clear water. However, our experience was dampened by the overwhelming crowds at the bar. The dance event was particularly bothersome, as the participants were quite peculiar. All in all, our time at the beach was not as enjoyable as we had hoped due to this unfortunate occurrence.

The beach is an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is not overly crowded, allowing visitors to relax and unwind in the serene surroundings. The crystal-clear water is perfect for swimming, and there is even the option to rent a SUP or pedal boat for those looking for a bit of adventure. The renovated bar offers a great selection of food and ice cream, making it easy to enjoy a delicious snack while soaking up the sun. The sandy beach is a pleasure to walk on, and the lack of wind and big waves make it a safe and enjoyable place to swim. Visitors can also take advantage of the free toilets, making it a convenient and comfortable experience. While parking is available at a cost of 70kn per day, the tranquil atmosphere and stunning scenery make it well worth the investment.

This is a splendid spot to bask in the sun and soak up the seaside atmosphere. It's an ideal destination to while away a cool and breezy day. Moreover, there are plenty of fun-filled activities available for kids, such as water trampolines, as well as for adults, including catamarans and stand-up paddleboards.

I absolutely adore this beach! It boasts of a vast expanse of walking space, a Water city designed especially for kids, a coffee bar that serves the most exquisite coffee, fast food joints, fishing spots, a mini market, tennis and mini golf areas, a basketball court, a cash machine, and even a camping site. There's something for everyone here, making it the perfect destination for a fun-filled day out.

Wow, can you believe it? After three decades, we finally made our way back to Kačjak from Crikvenica. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait. The beaches were absolutely stunning, and the views were even better. We visited in early October, catching the late afternoon light, and it was a sight to behold. We're already planning our return trip for next summer - we simply can't resist the allure of this natural paradise.
