Latest reviews on Primorje-Gorski Kotar's beaches

Suha Punta beach
8 Marcolinoth

The beach is quite pleasant, although it doesn't have as much sand as other beaches on this side of Rab. However, the water is exceptionally clear and there is a diverse range of marine life to observe. Additionally, it's worth noting that this beach has free public access.

Stara Baska beach
8 Shane Caffrey

This beautiful beach is situated in a secluded area, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Its remote location provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Poli Mora beach
10 Kasparov Kovalenko

The beach is fantastic with its lovely sea colour and fine white gravel. However, it tends to get overcrowded, so it's best to arrive early to secure a good spot. Fortunately, there's natural shade available behind the beach. Parking near the beach can be a bit of a challenge though.

Sv. Marak beach
4 Nikolai Petrovichov

The beach offers of an exquisite stretch of sand, unlike any other in Croatia 🇭🇷. However, it tends to get overly crowded, with hordes of people jostling for space near the shore. The water is a sight to behold, with its crystal-clear clarity, although there was a slight unpleasant odor in the air during the late afternoon. Perhaps, visiting early in the morning would provide a more pleasant experience.

Punat beach II
10 Dr. med.

A cozy beach ideal for families, featuring a bar and shaded areas available for rent.

Vrezenica
10 Shane Caffrey

This beach is a hidden gem, only accessible by boat or a scenic hour-long walk from Baška city. Despite being a lengthy stretch of sand, it remains unpopulated even during the peak season. The absence of amenities such as bars, toilets, and showers is compensated by the unspoiled beauty of nature. It's the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in the tranquil sounds of the sea and chirping birds. If you're fortunate, you may even spot some wild goats. By following the yellow-white tourist sign, you'll discover a stunning canyon. It's recommended to wear good shoes and bring water, and you can even snack on some fresh berries along the way.
