The food was delicious and the hotel's location was right on the beach, which was a major plus. Additionally, the room appeared to be impeccably clean.
However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of the staff's organization and professionalism, especially considering this is a four-star hotel.
We experienced a delay of 45 minutes for our check-in, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, we witnessed the receptionists smoking right in front of the hotel entrance, which is highly unprofessional. It was also disappointing that there was rarely anyone at the reception, even during check-out. As a result, we had no choice but to leave our room keys at the reception and depart.
Our stay included breakfast and dinner, but we were required to pay an additional 2.5 euros per person for the dinner cover charge. While this fee was acceptable, the waiter consistently forgot to bring us cutlery. For instance, we ended up using a spoon meant for soup to eat our dessert. Every evening, we had to remind him that our meals were already included in the price.
Furthermore, we observed a cleaning lady wearing shorts and a crop top while cleaning the rooms and walking in the hallway. This attire was not up to the standards expected of a four-star hotel.
Overall, we felt that the hotel was overpriced considering the level of service provided, especially when compared to other four-star hotels we have visited along the coast.
