In my opinion, the best beach in Dubrovnik is the one I would highly recommend. When I visited on a Monday, it was pleasantly quiet and not too crowded. The beach is quite spacious and had a moderate number of visitors. What stood out to me were the affordable prices for sunbeds - only 9€ for a bed and 5€ for an umbrella. If you want both, you can get a bed and an umbrella for a total of 13€, or if you need two beds and an umbrella, it would cost 22€. Additionally, the beach provides convenient facilities such as toilets and changing rooms. However, I found the restaurants here to be quite expensive, so it's better to bring your own food. Nevertheless, the sea is beautiful with crystal clear water. Although the rocks can be a bit uncomfortable, they are still manageable. Moreover, they offer water sports activities at reasonable prices. For instance, you can enjoy paddleboarding or kayaking for just 15€ per hour. To reach the beach from the old town, you can take a Bolt ride for approximately 5€ or opt for the bus.
