The cove is stunning and offers safety from winds coming from the east, north, and west. However, the bottom structure makes it unsuitable for anchoring. Nevertheless, a restaurant nearby has a few buoys available for use.

I walked to the beach from Pokonji and was pleasantly surprised to find that the shoreline was covered in smooth, light pebbles. The beach had a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. The crystal clear waters were ideal for swimming and snorkeling, and there were plenty of shady spots to escape the sun's rays. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this beach and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and picturesque getaway.

The beach is fantastic and has plenty of natural shade. However, the descent from the trail is quite steep, so it's important to wear appropriate footwear. Additionally, be mindful of sea urchins in the water.

Our go-to beach in Hvar, it's definitely our top pick. It's got a great vibe and the light pebbles make it unique. We always have a great time here.

Finding the trail can be a bit challenging, but the first picture can help. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the beach, and while slippers are doable, solid shoes are more comfortable. We arrived at 2 pm and noticed that the beach was not crowded at all. At its busiest, there were only 15 people on the beach. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is spotless. You won't need water shoes since there are no sea-urchins. This beach is perfect for couples as it is very peaceful, and there's plenty of shade available, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend it.
