The sandy beach boasts a picturesque view, perfect for capturing stunning photographs. However, it's not recommended for swimming due to the presence of algae that makes the sea appear murky. If you're only looking for a spot for your little ones to frolic on the sand, then it's decent enough. The route to the beach is a combination of half tarmac and half gravel, with narrow paths that can only accommodate one vehicle at a time. Fortunately, traffic is scarce. There are no other facilities on the beach, making it a raw and natural experience.

The renowned sandy shoreline of Mljet island, which served as the backdrop for a Croatian rendition of the hit reality show Survivor, boasts crystal-clear waters that remain warm even towards the end of May. As a family-friendly destination, the beach is ideal for children, but adults will also appreciate the opportunity to swim into deeper waters. While it's possible to encounter litter on the beach, this is largely due to the influx of sea currents from Albania, and the locals and volunteers make an annual effort to keep the beach clean. Accessible by car, this stunning beach is an absolute must-visit for anyone exploring the island.

It was an amazing experience, particularly because we had the entire beach to ourselves. The scenery was breathtaking and the water was crystal clear and warm. However, there was a bit of plastic floating in the water, which was disappointing. Despite that, I would definitely consider returning and would highly recommend this beach.

The beach offers stunning beauty, with crystal-clear water that allows you to spot small fishes swimming. However, the sight of so much garbage is disheartening, and it's imperative that the municipality or someone takes action to clean it up. Despite the lack of amenities like toilets and bars, the beach is incredibly peaceful, and I was able to enjoy a two-hour stay without any interruptions. However, the road leading to the beach is narrow and the parking area is small, making it a bit tricky to get there by car.
