Eagles Bay beach

I highly recommend this stunning beach in the Dominican Republic; it truly feels like paradise.

The beach was absolutely incredible! I adored every aspect of it. The tide is quite peaceful and suitable for people of all ages. However, it's important to exercise caution on the narrow and treacherous road leading to the beach. Apart from that, the atmosphere is incredibly serene and enchanting. To enhance our experience, we decided to hire Mello as our guide on his speed boat. He proved to be extremely hospitable, amiable, and skilled in his profession.

This beach is the most stunning I've ever visited, located in the Pedernales Province, which remains relatively unexplored. The beach boasts crystal clear waters, as calm as a pool, and is adorned with pristine white sand. It is an absolute must-visit and offers a unique experience in a country known for its abundance of beautiful beaches. In my opinion, this is the ultimate beach to see and enjoy.

Wow! If you've ever pictured the ideal beach setting from a 007 James Bond movie, then this is exactly what you're looking for! It takes about 25 minutes to reach this beach from Pedernales, whether you're traveling by motorcycle or car. The journey involves traversing a partially unpaved road with loose dirt, which can be a bit bumpy. You have two options to access the beach. Option A is to park your vehicle and take a quick 5-minute boat ride to the best beaches, which costs around 1000 pesos. Alternatively, option B allows you to pay a 150 peso entrance fee and drive along the dirt road, which has two very steep points to navigate. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll find a peaceful and secure environment. There are police officers present, as well as conservationists who ensure the protection of sea life. There are also great snorkeling spots where you can observe patches of moss further out in the sea. It's important to refrain from touching the starfish, as they are living creatures. You can spend hours walking along the beach, perhaps even reaching your favorite meeting point straight out of a 007 movie for a romantic rendezvous. It's advisable to bring your own supplies, as there isn't much available for purchase on-site. Additionally, there are no restroom facilities, so make sure to plan accordingly. If you plan on spending the whole day, consider bringing a shaded camping-like structure for comfort. The people on the boat will be happy to assist you in setting it up. Keep in mind that the beach closes before sunset, as it is a national park and protected area. Therefore, it's essential to bring water, sandwiches, fruits, sunscreen, and a good sun hat to ensure a pleasant experience.

The beach offers stunning, pristine waters that are so clear that you can easily spot the fish swimming beneath the surface. It's truly an incredible experience as they transport you by boat to a secluded beach, ensuring that you have the entire place to yourself. Without a doubt, this is one of my top favorite destinations.
