Titre : Expérience décevante et mauvais service à Bocca Beach J'ai récemment visité Bocca Beach à Sousse, en Tunisie, et je dois malheureusement dire que mon expérience a été profondément décevante et marquée par un mauvais service. Moi et mes compagnons avons commandé des bières, et à notre grande surprise, une employée nous a accusés d'avoir bu une bière qui n'était même pas ouverte. Cette accusation infondée et le refus d'écouter notre version de l'histoire ont été extrêmement frustrants. Nous nous attendions à davantage de la part d'un établissement réputé tel que Bocca Beach. Les clients devraient toujours être traités avec respect et équité, quel que soit le prix d'une simple bière. Il est inacceptable d'accuser des clients sans preuves valables. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas la seule situation qui nous a déçus lors de notre visite. Le personnel semblait généralement indifférent et désengagé. Le service était lent et impersonnel, et il était évident que peu d'efforts étaient faits pour assurer une expérience agréable aux clients. Nous nous sentons obligés de mettre en garde les autres contre notre expérience à Bocca Beach. Si vous recherchez une expérience de service agréable et professionnelle, nous vous recommandons de chercher d'autres options dans la région. Nous espérons que la direction de Bocca Beach prendra cette rétroaction au sérieux et prendra des mesures pour améliorer leur service et leur attitude envers leurs clients.

This public beach is fantastic and parking is free if you manage to snag a spot in front of the beach. Additionally, the sand is a beautiful golden color and has a fine texture.
