I was pleasantly surprised by Saint Nazaire - I had expected it to be industrial and unappealing, but it's actually quite nice! The waterfront has been redesigned to prioritize cyclists and pedestrians, and it's well-utilized by the locals. The city council has done a great job investing in the local environment, and you can tell that people are the priority. Definitely worth a visit 🙂
