The beach is well-maintained and tidy, with lifeguards on duty. However, it seems that the kiosk is likely closed and there are some noticeable distinctions from the city.

I am really impressed with how clean the water is at this beach. It's so enjoyable to swim here. However, the atmosphere is not exactly idyllic. Pedestrians seem stressed because bicycles and any other wheeled vehicles speed past on the road as if they are the only ones here. This can be quite stressful if you have kids. In the evening, the younger crowd wakes up and starts getting into the mood with alcohol and loud music. There is a street sign that says Seeblick, but unfortunately, there is a houseboat rental right in front of it. There are also a few construction sites here, which gives the impression that they are trying to build a tourist village, but there aren't enough amenities available yet. I don't think I will come back here again. A short overnight stay in the parking lot is enough. Other tourists have also shared similar experiences, which is a shame. I hope the city can come up with some improvements here.
