The beach and bar both deserve 5 stars, but unfortunately, the staff only deserves 2 stars. It's a paradox because even though the beach is beautiful, the experience can be unpleasant due to the staff at the bar. When we arrived at 10 am, the beach was a mess with rubbish around most of the sun loungers. When I asked a staff member if the beach was open, she told me not to sit on a sun lounger because she might need it for reservations later. We then discussed the litter, which she explained was from a party the day before. She said the staff would come to pick it up when they opened the bar at 10:30. I didn't want to sit with the rubbish, so we agreed that someone would come to pick it up. Later, when I went to the bar for a coffee, I had to call a waitress over after waiting more than 10 minutes. She then told me the tables were reserved for lunch starting at 12:30, but I pointed out that it was only 11:00 and asked if I could order a coffee. She brought me my coffee, but within 15 minutes, all the tables were full with people ordering from the bar. It's unfortunate that the staff doesn't seem concerned about the needs of their customers, but I don't think it's entirely their fault. The management should invest more in staff training to create a better environment for everyone. It's a shame because the place is so nice.
