The bungalow is not well taken care of and it's not acceptable to charge 650€ per night when there is humidity on the walls, malfunctioning locks, and leftover amenities from previous guests.

Last August, we decided to dine at the outdoor restaurant located by the seaside. We ordered a variety of dishes, mainly focusing on seafood. Unfortunately, we had to send back one of the items, and the remaining dishes did not meet our expectations. As we departed, we realized that we were the only customers left out of the original three that walked in. Considering that we have dined at several upscale restaurants in this beautiful area, this particular experience was the least memorable. My companions were experienced Athenians who possessed extensive knowledge about food standards, and they were disappointed with the quality. Furthermore, some items listed on the menu were unavailable. Perhaps it was just an off night, which is a shame because the location itself is absolutely stunning. It is worth mentioning that we were not staying at the resort.

The beach was a major letdown and the prices were outrageously high. It's quite a distance from Athens and unfortunately, the noise from the busy coastal highway right behind it was unbearable. The beach itself was not appealing at all, and the sunloungers were old and disgustingly dirty. The rooms were filled with numerous outdated and broken items that seemed neglected. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was quite good. Don't be deceived by the Leading Hotels of the World label. This place desperately needs to be closed down, completely renovated, and the prices should be cut in half.

Our experience was terrible. We went to the beach for a swim, but we had to pay a hefty fee just to access it. To make matters worse, the beach was littered with garbage, both on the shore and even in the water. This is completely unacceptable! The sunbeds were in a deplorable condition, old, dirty, and even broken. It was absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately, if you're looking to enjoy a nice swim in Athens, I strongly advise against going there. It's a complete waste of money. And if you're hoping to grab a bite to eat, their food options are extremely limited, with only toast available. It was truly the worst experience ever!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the overall service at this hotel, especially at the reception, during my recent stay. I had made several service bookings in advance through the concierge, only to find out upon arrival that the same services were being offered to other guests at significantly lower prices (with a difference of 30-40%). Naturally, I expressed my concern to the staff, who reluctantly agreed to match the lower prices offered to others. However, this gesture alone did not adequately address my disappointment, so I requested to speak with the hotel manager. Unfortunately, the manager declined to meet with us. The poor quality of service we experienced throughout our stay was truly regrettable, especially considering the potential of the hotel. Based on my experience, I feel compelled to suggest that others explore alternative options instead of choosing this particular establishment.
