On the first day of the new year, I embarked on a lengthy stroll from the downtown port of Poros, and I must say, the beach was truly breathtaking. It's no surprise that it's bustling with visitors during the summer months. On the day of my visit, several others were relishing in a peaceful picnic. The serene and tranquil surroundings, coupled with the crystal clear waters, made for a delightful experience. I am eagerly anticipating my return during the summer season.

The beach nestled in the bay boasts an authentic and pristine environment. Accessible by boat from the city center, a short 5-minute walk leads to the bay's tranquil shores. However, the sea may not be the most ideal for swimming as the sand can cause the water to become murky over time.

If you're a fan of beach bars, then this beach is the place for you. The natural beauty that surrounds it is breathtaking, and you'll never have to worry about being exposed to the sun for too long, as there is plenty of shade available even in the middle of the day. Unfortunately, the sunbeds take up a significant amount of space, leaving little room for those who prefer to sit on their own. Despite this, it's still a great spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning scenery.

It's a popular destination for couples and those who crave a serene environment. The water is a stunning shade of sea green, crystal clear and inviting. The sand is a mix of reddish-brown hues, yet still soft and sandy to the touch. The calm waters of the bay make it an ideal location for a romantic outing or a holiday escape. A narrow road encircles the bay, but traffic is minimal. And for added convenience, the bay offers shower and drinking facilities.
