Xenia beach is a public beach that is part of a hotel complex, and it also has a section exclusively for hotel guests. The sand on the beach is gray in color.

The beach is truly breathtaking, however, it has become quite commercialized which is a bit disappointing. It's hard to imagine how it could become a more private destination. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any space for personal relaxation as you have to pay for an umbrella and bed, and the prices are quite steep.

This stunning beach boasts pristine waters that glisten in the sunlight. However, it has become overly commercialized, with the majority of the beach being owned by a single hotel. This leaves little room for visitors to set up their own umbrellas and enjoy the scenery. Unfortunately, prices are exorbitant, with a shocking 12 euro fee for an umbrella and two seats. Even a basic Fanta will set you back 4.50 euros.

This beach is a true gem, boasting delectable food and cocktails that will tantalize your taste buds. The sun beds are incredibly plush and cozy, providing the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. We had the pleasure of visiting this beach multiple times, and each time our children begged to return. It's safe to say that this beach has captured our hearts and we can't wait to visit again!

This beach in Skiathos was once my go-to destination, but now it is disheartening to witness the entire stretch of sand being monopolized by sunbeds from the Elivi hotel. The natural beauty of the beach has been marred by their presence, and to add insult to injury, they charge a whopping €20 for non-customers to use them. Additionally, they have restricted access to the beach, which is a violation of the public domain laws in Greece. It is baffling how they are able to get away with having more than 50% of the beach covered by sunbeds.
