This beach seems to be the first one you'll come across in Goa and is located near the border of Karnataka. Polem beach is approximately 60.4 kilometers south of Margao, which is the largest city in South Goa and can be reached via the NH 66.

The beach located in the southern part of Goa is truly a sight to behold. Despite an unfortunate incident of losing our drone in the ocean, the overall experience was amazing. Adjacent to this beach is the charming Moon Beach, which stole my heart. It's surprising that this place is not as popular as other beaches in Goa, given its location at the end of the southern coastline. I can't wait to go back and immerse myself in the beauty of this underrated gem. ❤️

Polem Beach is the first beach you'll come across when traveling south from Karnataka. It's a clean, uncrowded, calm, and safe beach, with two resorts located on the beach. We stayed at Bliss by the Sea, where the huts were beautifully built around a coconut field and provided full amenities. The open table dining was comfortable and safe for families and children. Overall, it's a must-visit beach.

The beach at Polem, situated close to the Karnataka-Goa (Karwar) border, is a serene and immaculate stretch of sand. The atmosphere here is tranquil, and the number of visitors is limited, giving you a sense of being on a private beach. As you enter South Goa from Karnataka, the first beach is incredibly serene. The Kamaxi beach resort is the only resort in the area and it is undoubtedly the best. The sea view restaurant is simply amazing and the food is delicious as well.
