Avoid hiking in the middle of a hot afternoon! We made the mistake and it was unbearable. The beginning of the trail is the most exposed to the sun, so we made sure to come prepared with water, hats, sunscreen, and protective clothing. The stairs themselves are moderately difficult, with a 3/5 rating (we hike occasionally), due to their steepness and the crowds of people taking photos. You must manage the traffic to navigate the stairs, which can be frustrating. However, it is worth descending all the way down to the beach. When we arrived at the beach, it was shaded, but not suitable for swimming. You can only go shin-deep in the water. We deducted one star from our rating because there were so many people blocking the stairs for their Instagram photos, but this was not the fault of the location. 🤣

The sunrise at this beach is truly breathtaking! Additionally, the beach boasts a private resort, which adds to the overall experience. It's worth noting that the parking area is shared with Diamond Beach, allowing visitors to enjoy two stunning locations in one trip.

The beach offers breathtaking beauty but swimming can be challenging due to vigorous waves and a rocky bottom that makes it difficult to stand in the water. Additionally, visitors must pay a fee of 10k to use the swings. However, the walk down to the beach takes only 10 minutes, making it easily accessible.
