Wonderful soft sandy beach where you have the option to drive on if you wish. The presence of a lifeguard is fantastic. The beach wasn't crowded, which I really appreciated—no unruly children (except my own) building sandcastles at your feet and flinging sand everywhere. Make sure to bring snacks, as the nearest post office is 6km away and there was no sign of coffee since the local shop opens at one! Additionally, the toilets and showers were clean, making it easy to wash off the sand.

Wonderful beach. Not ideal for a proper swim, but fine for a paddle. Excellent public restrooms, including a shower to rinse off both body and feet. Convenient parking right on the beach, perfect for practicing driving. Cafes are nearby.

This beach is absolutely stunning, ideal for building sandcastles or sunbathing. It's great for a dip on hotter days, but it's best to arrive early to secure your spot if you plan on staying for a few hours. Conveniently, there's parking available right on the beach. There's also a very nice, reasonably priced chip shop that serves ice cream, though it only opens seasonally. I wish they were open year-round, as I'd love to enjoy a portion of chips on a cooler evening while strolling along the beach. Additionally, there's a restaurant on the corner. The beach offers plenty of facilities, including toilets and a seasonal beach shop. An evening walk on a clear day, even in the middle of winter, is highly recommended. We've personally enjoyed numerous sunsets while walking with our children and look forward to many more. There are plenty of shells to collect, making this an all-around idyllic beach to visit.
