The beach is not your typical sandy shore, rather it consists of light-colored sand mixed with pebbles. It offers a unique sunbathing experience as you can lay down on the large boulders that make up the coastline. It's a great spot to soak up the sun without feeling crowded or confined.

The beach is located in front of the Turin and Ettore Motta colonies, with the former being renovated and usable while the latter has been abandoned since the early 80s. These colonies were built in the 1930s to provide affordable seaside vacations for the children of Italian industrial workers and are still impressive in their architecture today. The beach itself is comprised of a rocky area overlooking the sea and a sloping area of small white stones.

The beach is quite lovely with its stony terrain, but during peak season, it can be quite challenging to secure a free spot without prior reservation. The prices are on the pricier side, but they are comparable to other private beaches in the area. The staff is courteous and accommodating, making for a pleasant experience overall.
