Arriving at Augusta Bay Resort without any prior expectations, we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped through the entrance and were greeted by Arlene and DJ. It was evident right away that we had stumbled upon a truly unique destination. Our lodgings were top-notch, with breathtaking views of the sea adding to the experience. Chef Nigelle has curated an exceptional selection of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while the talented bartender Rashad is well-versed in crafting any cocktail you desire. The staff at Augusta Bay Resort truly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable, and we are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

I've journeyed to various destinations across the globe, and never have I encountered a more hospitable place than this. The team here is exceptional, and I will truly miss their presence once we depart! The beverages were spot on, the extensive breakfast selection was delightful, and everything exuded comfort. Although our stay was brief, lasting only 2 days, we can genuinely express our reluctance to bid farewell to this haven. The room was spotless, the beach, though small, was charming, and we forged lasting connections with both the staff and fellow guests. If you seek a relaxed escapade with stunning vistas and the most accommodating ambiance, this is the ideal spot for you.

This establishment has been completely revitalized and is exceptionally tidy. The location is ideal, being in close proximity to the heart of Georgetown while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The newly opened restaurant is fantastic, and the level of service provided is exceptional. Alexandria and DJ, who work at the reception, are highly informed and assisted us with all of our inquiries. They truly go the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of all guests. For those contemplating which room to choose, we stayed in room 204 (king oceanfront) which is situated on the corner, offering breathtaking ocean views and a serene private balcony. Additionally, I was able to work remotely via Zoom meetings effortlessly from the lobby. If we were to return to Exuma, I would not hesitate to book a stay at this property once again.

Fantastic cuisine. Although we were lodged elsewhere, we decided to have dinner at this place and it was truly exceptional.

The snorkeling experience was fantastic!! There is a partially submerged vessel located just beyond the premises, and the waters are incredibly transparent and peaceful. It would have been nice to have the continental breakfast that was mentioned to us….instead, there were only individual boxes of cereal, assorted juices, and coffee available.
