Madhiriguraidhoo Beach

This beach location appears to be in need of some attention and maintenance. However, the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us. Since there were only a few guests during our visit, the waiters were constantly present and somewhat bothersome. They were friendly, but they cleared our plates before we even finished eating. The accommodations were comfortable enough, although they were quite basic. We did notice some safety concerns with exposed wires in the electrical outlets. On the bright side, the outdoor bathroom was satisfactory once the water warmed up. The food was generally good, and at times, even very good. There was always a wide variety of options to choose from, which was tempting. The beer was cold and enjoyable, and the rum was of a well-known brand. The pool and bar area were well-maintained and pleasant. While the resort had the essentials, it did show signs of wear and tear, such as worn-out table linens and buildings in need of maintenance. The staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this beach location.

The Maldives is a true paradise. The dive center staff were exceptional. I completed 8 dives over 9 days, and it was excellent. The Shark trip was incredible; I can't recommend it enough. The sheer number of sharks we encountered was astonishing. I also did a guided snorkel and saw both sharks and turtles. Adam, the dive master, was very supportive and reassuring when I felt anxious. The Maldives is like a paradise on earth. The staff at the dive center were absolutely fantastic. I had the opportunity to go on 8 dives in just 9 days, and it was truly excellent. Palm Beach is a stunning island with lush greenery and plenty of space, which we love. You can easily get around using bikes or buggy service. The beaches, water, and colors are absolutely breathtaking - it feels like paradise! The food is delicious, especially the fresh fish in all different varieties. The hospitality is top-notch! The resort is currently undergoing refurbishment and expanding its offerings for kids. Once that's complete, it will be the ideal destination for a dream holiday with your family.

Although the resort may not be the top choice, the staff still provided excellent service with a friendly attitude. The hotel is currently preparing for a complete renovation, but the Maldives themselves are still wonderful.
