Komandoo Island Beach

If I were to condense all the amazing experiences we had here into one review, it would be like reading a novel. We traveled all the way from the USA for our wedding and honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The level of service here is exceptional. Each guest is assigned a dedicated staff member to cater to all their needs in their respective rooms. Similarly, you will have the same server for every meal who will be familiar with your food preferences and any dietary restrictions you may have. Since we have allergies and other dietary restrictions, the sous chef took the time to personally speak with us and ensure that all the food was safe for us to consume. Speaking of the food, it was unbelievably delicious. We were truly spoiled for choice at every meal. The island itself is stunning beyond words. The turquoise and blue waters and the pristine white sandy beaches are simply breathtaking. There is an abundance of wildlife here as well. We encountered baby sharks near the shoreline, sea turtles, crabs, hermit crabs, lizards, geckos, sea birds, fruit bats, and countless species of tropical fish. If you have a love for both the beach and animals, this is the perfect destination for you. We genuinely cannot think of a single negative aspect to mention. This place is genuinely a paradise! I had an incredible experience at a beach resort. I had previously visited Kuredu, a sister island, and had a great time with Crown and Champions company. This time, I decided to try a different island from their collection, and I was not disappointed. It truly felt like a heavenly vacation. My tip for others would be to book the premium jacuzzi beach villas facing Hurawali, as they offer the best views, especially during sunrise. The ProDiving team on the island was excellent, and I even took a trip back to Kuredu to see turtles and Manta rays. Additionally, I visited Hurawali to dine at the 5.8 undersea restaurant, where I witnessed an underwater wedding proposal.

The beach is absolutely perfect in every aspect, with incredibly attentive staff who are also relaxed and friendly. The food is divine, and the ambience is beautifully designed, just like the water villas. It's truly an out-of-this-world experience.

The beach property was absolutely amazing and we received a warm welcome. The rooms were great and the food and hospitality were excellent. Additionally, there were plenty of sports activities available. All in all, they definitely deserve a five-star rating.

Apart from the limited food options available daily, which is understandable considering our remote location, everything about the place was perfect. The overall experience, including the staff, hotel, beach, water, and everything else, was absolutely amazing. Additionally, we were fortunate to witness the mesmerizing bioluminescent plankton on the beach, making our trip truly unforgettable. Regards.
