I discovered cockroaches in cabin 146.

While the beach resort had potential, our stay was marred by a few setbacks. The air conditioning in our room was not up to par, the shower lacked hot water, and the key had some malfunctions. However, the staff provided excellent service and were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered with the food was during lunch on the first day, when the meats were dry and difficult to cut and chew. Despite these hiccups, the rest of our time at the resort was enjoyable.

In my opinion, one would expect a luxurious resort to provide reliable Wi-Fi, delectable cuisine, and exceptional customer service for the exorbitant fee charged. However, my experience was quite the contrary. Regrettably, my recent trip to Nicaragua was marred by subpar amenities and lackluster service. It was disheartening to return after five years and feel that the establishment prioritized profits over customer satisfaction. Adding to the disappointment, my aunt, who is prone to fractures, tripped in the lobby due to an unattended spill, and the security failed to assist her promptly. Overall, it was a dreadful encounter, and I would advise against spending your hard-earned money on this resort.

I highly recommend visiting this beach as it is a personal favorite of mine.

It's truly a blissful experience to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and work. The all-inclusive package allows you to simply indulge in the delectable cuisine served at the buffet without a care in the world. However, the highlight of this beach destination is undoubtedly the breathtaking sunset views that can be enjoyed right at the water's edge. While the cabins may be slightly outdated, they still offer a worthwhile retreat.
