There are numerous reasons why this beach is an exceptional destination. One of the most notable features is the presence of guards, ensuring a safe environment for visitors. Unlike other beaches that are too short, this beach is quite spacious, providing ample room even on the busiest of days. Additionally, if you require shade, there are two sides with cliffs that block the sun. To access the beach, you can park on the street and then walk down the stairs, which is a bit of a trek but manageable even for older individuals. The walls also contain tunnels that allow you to reach the neighboring beach, which is smaller but equally delightful. Overall, this beach is a fantastic place to spend a hot summer day. With its many amenities and natural beauty, it is sure to provide an enjoyable experience for all visitors.

This charming beach is a gem worth visiting. Arrive early to secure a prime spot on the soft sand, as it tends to fill up quickly around 10:30-11:00. The beach is a haven for snorkelers, with an abundance of fish of all sizes to admire. The rocky coastline is also an ideal location for swimming, providing a delightful view of the lively fish swimming in the clear waters.

This beach left me in awe! Located just a short drive away from Lagos, you'll come across a rugged coastline. Following the boardwalk down, you'll be able to access the beach and even the one next to it through a cave. The only drawback I noticed was the shadow that covers the beach during the winter months. As the sun sits at a lower angle, the entire beach is engulfed in shadow in the early afternoon. However, if you keep this in mind (only during winter), it's a destination that should not be missed!
