Nossa Senhora da Rocha Beach is a splendid seaside spot that is conveniently linked to the adjacent Praia Nova through a tunnel. This coastal gem boasts several amenities, including a restaurant, restrooms, shower facilities, and the opportunity to rent boats or embark on a thrilling cave expedition to Algar de Benagil. The beach is ideal for families, with its smooth access and the presence of a vigilant lifeguard. While free parking is available in the vicinity, a brief stroll down to the shore is required.

This petite shoreline spans around 100 meters, and is cocooned by towering cliffs on either side, offering a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sand is incredibly soft, making it the perfect place to sink your toes in and unwind. Beyond the cliffs lies the longer Nova Beach, which can be accessed via a tunnel that has been thoughtfully carved into the cliff. During quieter times of the year, you'll be able to relish in the abundance of space, and in the early hours of the morning, you'll have the entire beach to yourself, allowing you to soak up the tranquil atmosphere without any distractions.

The beach is a must-visit destination that is absolutely worth your time. To get to the beach, you'll need to descend a few steps, but it's well worth the effort. There are also convenient amenities like a cafe and restrooms, and ample parking nearby. The views from the beach are simply breathtaking and will leave you in awe. Despite its beauty, the beach is not overly crowded, making it a peaceful and serene spot to enjoy the natural surroundings.

If you happen to be in the area, this charming little beach is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant on site is a convenient option, but be sure to bring some cash as they don't accept cards. The scenery is simply stunning and there's even a walking trail to explore. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to test it out myself as I was wearing sliders.

This beach was an absolute delight! It was simply perfect, with towering cliffs on either side. The rental service provided cozy lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable experience. The sand was silky soft, and the water was tranquil, making it a truly picturesque beach. Overall, it was a magnificent and stunning beach that left me in awe.
