This beach is an ideal destination for families with young children. The water is tranquil and transparent, making it a popular spot for parents with toddlers and even infants. Renting chairs and umbrellas is an option, and the shade from the trees provides a respite from the sun. Parking is ample, but it's best to arrive early on weekends as it can become congested. Don't forget to pack your snorkeling gear for an even more memorable experience.

As you disembark from your cruise, you'll be met with a plethora of taxi drivers vying for your attention, eager to whisk you away to one of the many beaches dotting the town. While it may seem like they're trying to overcharge you, it's worth noting that locals pay similar prices to get around the island. For around $15USD per person each way, you can be transported to this beautiful beach. If you're traveling with a group, you may be able to negotiate a slightly lower price. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a leisurely 30-minute stroll from the port into the city area and try your hand at bargaining for a better price. However, if you prefer to avoid the hassle, it's best to simply pay the amount at the ferry docks. We were able to secure a round trip for four people for around $70USD within the city. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll be charged for the use of benches and umbrellas. The cost is around $20USD for an umbrella and two chairs. The beach itself is stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft, grainy sand. While the waves may be a bit rough on some days, it's still an exhilarating experience. Overall, while the cost of getting to this beach may seem a bit steep, the beauty of the surroundings and the clear waters make it well worth the trip. So pack your sunscreen, grab your beach gear, and get ready for a day of fun in the sun!

This beach is an absolute gem! It's a rare sight to see it packed, and the water is so clear you could see the fish swimming around your toes. However, be wary of the currents when taking a dip. I witnessed someone getting swept away by the rip current while I was there, and it was not a pretty sight. So, if you have tiny tots in tow, this may not be the ideal spot for you.

The splendor of this location is truly indescribable, and no photograph can do it justice. Having explored approximately 15 beaches on this island, and over 150 throughout the globe, I can confidently say that this one ranks among my top three favorites. For your convenience, there are rentals for chairs and umbrellas, as well as a volleyball net and snorkeling gear available. I implore you to be mindful of the environment and refrain from littering.

Mullet Bay is undoubtedly my preferred destination for a beach day in Saint Martin. The water is an exquisite shade of blue, and it is crystal clear and immaculate. The beach is alive with an abundance of marine creatures and fish. I have been fortunate enough to have swum with an octopus, stingray, and numerous fish at this beach. It amazes me that some tourists pay for a scuba diving excursion on the opposite side of the island when they can visit this beach for free and have the same experience! What I adore about this beach is the local BBQ huts, which are located right on the beach and serve up delectable and straightforward food. You can indulge in burgers, Jerk chicken, dirty rice, French fries, and more at a reasonable price. You can eat, swim, and bask in the sun without ever having to leave the area.
