The journey along Trần Phú Road to Thùy Vân Road was an absolute delight, with breathtaking scenery at every turn. We made a few stops along the way to enjoy the warm waters and gentle waves of the pristine BACK BEACH. The sandy shores were clean and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
One thing that could be improved, however, is the shower cabins provided by the local businesses. While the public beach is free for all to enjoy, the shower areas are in dire need of attention. The current facilities are poorly ventilated and dimly lit, making for an unpleasant experience.
It's clear that the businesses here have had ample time to upgrade their facilities, especially during the two-year lull in tourism caused by the pandemic. It's high time that the old shower cabins are either demolished or completely refurbished to provide a better experience for beachgoers.
To make matters worse, some of the shower areas even have shared entrances for men and women, with individual cabins providing little privacy. The locks on these cabins are often faulty, making it difficult to feel secure while showering.
Overall, while the BACK BEACH is a beautiful spot to relax and unwind, the lack of proper shower facilities can be a major drawback. If possible, it's best to walk the 3KM back home for a more enjoyable shower experience after a day at the beach.
