Cam Hai Dong Beach

Mia has a stunning location with picturesque views, but I found it fell short of a 5-star resort. The food was average, and the service was lacking in attentiveness. The room was outdated and poorly lit, could use an extra lamp for reading. Buggy rides are necessary to get around the resort.

The beach resort was fantastic overall, with beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and great pools. The food was good and the prices were typical for a resort. However, my experience was soured by a discrepancy in pricing at checkout. Despite being promised a discount for using a promo code, I was ultimately not given the discount. The staff initially apologized and said I would receive it at checkout, but then claimed it had already been factored in. This left me feeling disappointed and distrustful. Despite the positive aspects of the resort, I would hesitate to recommend it due to this issue.

Overall, I had a nice time during my two-day stay at the beach. I suggest sticking to the breakfast buffet and ordering room service if you enjoy good food. Avoid the Italian restaurant on site as it was very disappointing and overpriced.

I had an amazing time at this beach. There were many things that impressed me, but the service was the standout feature. The staff at Mia went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. When we had a small issue with our Villa at check-in, the Duty Manager (Chi) handled it with professionalism and thoroughness. He even followed up multiple times to ensure our satisfaction, such as arranging for a 19 Liter water cooler to be set up in our room when he learned we were having trouble getting enough drinking water. I highly recommend this resort!

My experience at the Mia Hotel was amazing, exceeding my expectations once again. The beautiful grounds, reminiscent of a movie scene, feature a stunning beach and a pool with breathtaking views. This resort truly celebrates nature. The breakfast options, offering both Western and Asian choices, made each morning delightful. The staff's exceptional service and the convenience of buggies for transportation made my stay seamless. The rooms were beautifully decorated, making me feel like I was in paradise. And of course, the spa experience at Mia Hotel is a must-do. I indulged in a facial, which was incredibly relaxing. Thien, my spa attendant, used state-of-the-art technology to address my skincare needs expertly. The spa experience, from extractions to massages, was rejuvenating. My mom raves about their massages, saying they are amazing with a variety of treatments for different areas. I absolutely loved my time here and can't wait to come back!
