Embark on a leisurely hike to the Phu Luong mount, which takes only 30 minutes and offers a relatively easy climb. The reward for your effort is a breathtaking view of the beach that is nothing short of spectacular. Having explored numerous beaches across Vietnam, I can confidently say that this one is truly remarkable. It boasts a secluded location, with two majestic cliffs framing the coastline, and the water is an enchanting shade of blue that seems almost surreal.

Fortunate enough to have the beach almost all to myself, although it could potentially be quite busy during peak season. The scenery is one-of-a-kind, leaving a lasting impression on those who visit. The panoramic perspective of the surrounding beaches is also truly breathtaking!

Ganh Da Dia, also known as The Sea Cliff of Stone Plates, is a mesmerizing seashore destination that boasts a stunning display of interlocking basalt rock columns. These dark lava columns exhibit a variety of shapes including round, pentagon, hexagon, and polygon, which together create a breathtaking sight that is reminiscent of a colossal beehive or a stack of dinner plates. These rare polygonal formations were formed millions of years ago during volcanic eruptions when molten basalt flows met cold water and solidified, resulting in the impressive shapes that we see today. In recognition of its unique natural beauty, Ganh Da Dia was designated as a National Heritage site by Vietnam’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in January 1998.

The beach features a stunning natural scenery that has been sculpted by volcanic eruptions over a significant period of time. The arrangement of stone slabs that interlock with one another creates a visually appealing sight that is truly breathtaking. Without a doubt, this location is the epitome of beauty and is undoubtedly the most picturesque spot in Phu Yen province.
