Cala los Mendrugos is far from ideal. It is cramped and there are bowling pins scattered all over. The path leading down to the beach is a treacherous one and is not suitable for those with low-clearance cars. It is full of deep ruts and potholes, making it a difficult journey. All in all, it is not a place we would recommend.

That place is easily accessible and requires a moderate hike to get to. The current is strong, but swimming is still relatively safe. There are plenty of fish, including schools of sardines. However, there are also wasps and jellyfish further out in the water, so it is best to stay closer to shore for exploring.

The access to this beach is a bit tricky, but the cove is stunning, with its gray pebbles. The only downside is that it seems to be swarming with wasps!

The cove is truly spectacular and when we visited it was delightfully empty. However, if there are a lot of people, it can become quite cramped due to its small size. Accessing the beach is not particularly straightforward as the descent from the parking lot is quite steep and requires suitable footwear. Additionally, it is best not to be overburdened with too much luggage. The cove is made up of stones, and the water is crystal clear and transparent, so take care to be aware of any potential currents. Fortunately, the beach is easily accessible.
