The access is simple; no stairs, just a slight incline and a wooden walkway to keep you from having to deal with stones. There's a fountain of non-potable water surrounded by grass, which is great for cleaning off sandy feet. If you're after a peaceful atmosphere and not too many people, this is the place for you.

I wouldn't recommend this beach. I took my son and father there, but the access was difficult. The ocean was deep and full of algae, making it an unpleasant experience. Although the beach is wild, it doesn't make up for the lack of a beautiful sunset. If you want to have a great day at the beach, I suggest going to Barrañan or Caión instead.

Overflowing with people and pooches, but there's no sand in sight. Driving here was a total waste of time. There's no way to get in, either.

A stunning beach with an exquisite shoreline, yet with some risks. There is no supervision so you have to be extra cautious when entering the ocean. Nonetheless, the scenery is breathtaking.

Leira Beach is a little-known paradise tucked away in the last few kilometers of the coastal area. It's a quiet, welcoming spot away from the hustle and bustle, with Arnela and Montefonte nearby. You won't find any lifeguards or rescue services here, but you'll definitely find some peace and privacy. Get ready to soak up the beauty of the Atlantic in all its glory!
