Only about half an hour from Alicante city center, the entire area is such a beautiful escape from city noise and chaos. The beach is quite rocky so be careful of sharp rocks. Other than that, it is a very chill place to relax, not a lot of people on a Saturday. You can also walk along the beach to the more busy Cala de la Palmera.
