We decided to have a family staycation and were pleased with the spacious rooms that had balconies. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in our room, so we had to contact room service multiple times. Additionally, the doorbell and do not disturb device were not functioning and required repair. Due to the hotel being overbooked, breakfast was relocated to another restaurant with a limited buffet selection. However, the kids had a fantastic time with the pool, water slides, and beach activities. In conclusion, our experience was positive, but there was room for improvement.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel with our one-year-old. Thankfully, it wasn't too crowded during our stay, which worked out well for us. Because of our son's bedtime, we couldn't always go out for dinner, but we were able to get takeout from the restaurants whenever we wanted. The staff has been incredibly polite and friendly since check-in. Being a young family living just an hour away, we will definitely be returning soon! By the way, the kids' playroom is really cool and suitable for children aged one to fifteen.

This has been the most incredible vacation I've ever had. The service provided at this beach is absolutely outstanding, and the cleanliness of everything, from the restaurant to the rooms, is remarkable. Every single staff member, whether it's those at the reception, waitstaff, or others, always greets you with a smile and shows genuine kindness, always eager to assist you. The animators, such as Aisha and Sonic, offer fantastic programs to keep you entertained throughout your stay. I've already visited this place twice, and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back again! I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a beautiful appearance and the rooms are spacious and nice. We were fortunate to have sea views in all three of the different rooms we stayed in. The pools were fantastic, with several options to choose from. The food in all of the restaurants was amazing, especially the Asian cuisine. However, we were quite disappointed with the all-inclusive package. It wasn't truly all-inclusive as there was only one restaurant included. Room service was only available between the hours of 2am and 6am, and there were restrictions on milkshakes, fizzy drinks, and alcohol before 12pm. Additionally, ice lollies were only available between 3pm and 4pm, which was quite surprising. To avoid extra expenses for snacks and drinks outside of certain hours, we upgraded to the ultra all-inclusive package since we were a family of eight. However, the only extra benefit we received was access to the four included restaurants, which would have otherwise come at an additional cost. The hotel does have a lovely coffee shop with a wide variety of pastries, but unfortunately, they are not included in the package. There is also an attractive fruit station, which is not part of the all-inclusive offering. Our first day of the holiday was spent feeling angry and upset because the all-inclusive package did not cover everything we expected. Furthermore, there was a lack of entertainment. There is a small pub that resembles a Wetherspoons, accommodating about 80 people, and it usually had a singer performing. However, it was nearly impossible to get a seat there. Occasionally, there was music on the beach until 10pm, but it was too hot to sit outside and there were only about 20 seats available. As a result, everyone ended up in the lobby where there was no music.

It's an ideal destination for family vacations. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Even during peak times, the service is prompt and efficient in all aspects, including rooms, restaurants, and resort facilities. They have a wide range of activities available for both kids and adults, making it a fantastic experience for everyone. The buffet could benefit from a greater variety of food options, but what they do offer is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it for a fun-filled family stay!
