We checked into the hotel in August, booking two rooms. We were instructed to get our own water from the lobby cupboard and bring it to our rooms. The room door had a sign that said floor office, which seemed to suggest that it was a makeshift room without the proper licensing. Unfortunately, there were no amenities such as a trash bin, safe, or laundry bag in the room. When I requested for the room to be cleaned in the morning, as it was quite neglected and dusty, I was surprised when they asked why. Despite knowing that I would be staying for three days, they jokingly mentioned that they only clean every three days. Additionally, the Turkish flag on the hotel's flagpole was in a very dirty and torn condition. It's safe to say that this hotel is not a suitable place to stay, even if the rooms are offered for free!
After reading your responses to the comments, it's disheartening to see that you lack knowledge about the tourism industry, hotels, and customer service. It also seems like you find amusement in situations that are actually quite frustrating and disappointing.
