Doğanlar Beach has a sea that is comparable to Fethiye, but there is a stream that flows into the sea from a nearby village that appears to be neglected. While it's unclear if it's a sewer, it seems like something is mixed in with the water. It's recommended to swim further out into the sea, away from where the stream flows. The village has a few markets and a bakery, but no well-known chain stores. If you're looking for chain markets, you can find them in Turanköy. It's suggested to take the route through Erdek Beach and quarries to get here, as the other road is quite dangerous with narrow and winding paths.
