The beach is not particularly pristine as the water appears to have a greenish hue. Additionally, it tends to be quite busy with crowds of people. The surrounding city could benefit from some additional upkeep and attention. However, despite these shortcomings, the beach ultimately manages to come through and provide a much-needed escape.

The location of the beach is decent, however, the water is quite polluted which may be off-putting for day-trippers. It would be beneficial for the local authorities to pay more attention to the upkeep of the beach. A few cautionary signs and trash cans could be installed for the convenience of visitors. The beach is spacious, though the water is often chilly. Unfortunately, there is a man who appears to be under the influence of alcohol who roams around the beach, disturbing the peace and tranquility especially during quiet evenings. He behaves as if he owns the place, which is quite unsettling. It is imperative that he be removed from the area without causing harm to any innocent bystanders.

The beach offers cozy cabins and refreshing showers, which I find truly delightful. I am thoroughly enamored with this serene coastal haven. For added comfort, one may opt to rent sun loungers from the nearby tea garden.

Collaboration between Erdek and Bandırma municipalities can lead to an increase in tourist influx and a cleaner environment. The need for repairing the broken roads before the summer season is imperative. The provision of sunbeds by the municipalities would add to the overall allure of the beach.

In July 2021, the diligent staff of the municipality were seen cleaning the beach. It would be wonderful if visitors could also be considerate and dispose of their trash in a responsible manner. The thoughtful gesture of the metropolitan municipality to provide free showers and cabins on the beach was greatly appreciated. Although the sea may not be the most picturesque, the beach offers a serene spot to unwind and indulge in leisure activities during the pleasant evening hours. For those who venture further down the beach, a delightful bakery awaits with their signature long bagels that are definitely worth trying.
