Reis Aile beach

I've never encountered such impolite staff and inexperienced management before. Although check-in time is at 11:00, there were still male staff present. When we politely asked them to leave, the female staff (who appeared to be hired from the street) were confrontational and argumentative. We expressed our desires respectfully, but the female staff returned with a dismissive response, suggesting we wait indoors for 20 minutes. It's evident that they don't value their customers, as evidenced by the lack of updates to the interior over the years.

Although the beach is stunning and offers a picturesque view of the forest meeting the sea, the staff's attitude is disappointing. They seem uninterested in fulfilling customer requests and respond to questions with an unfriendly tone. Additionally, they only play music that they like and do not consider customers' preferences. Their behavior suggests that they prioritize their own interests over those of their guests. Overall, while the beach is gorgeous, the staff's awful attitude detracts from the experience.

I visited the beach based on a recommendation from a friend who warned me to wear shoes due to the sea stones. Fortunately, the waves were a bit too much during my visit, but it would have been more enjoyable if they were calmer. The convenience of having tables at the top was a plus, as we could comfortably eat our food. However, the employees seemed to struggle with keeping track of payments and asked us if we had already paid. They also claimed that some sunbeds were reserved, but no one showed up to claim them during the entire day. We also noticed a person wearing a life jacket with a bandaged foot, which made us question their ability to assist in case of an emergency.

The entrance and sunbed fees are fixed, but unfortunately, the service is severely lacking. Despite having visited for two seasons prior to my holiday, the situation remains the same - whenever we make a request, we are told that it's not yet the season, and when the season finally arrives, prices are increased. When I arrived at the beach at around 10:30 am, most of the men were already inside. It's currently 8:45 pm, yet the beach is closing at 7 pm. This seems unfair, as women come to the beach to relax and have fun. The previous management was much more disciplined, but now the employees seem indifferent to our requests. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get a sunbed, and the lifeguard was a young girl who appeared to be no older than 18 and was often on her phone.

Women love this stunning beach as it provides a perfect escape for a fun-filled time.
