I visited this resort at the end of May and despite having a lot of guests, it wasn't overly crowded. In general, the hotel is quite lovely, with stunning surroundings and an absolutely incredible private beach! It truly stands out. The rooms are a bit outdated and there are areas that could use some improvement. The staff was polite, although their English language skills were lacking. It's important to be cautious with the hotel's travel agents, as they may try to sell you expensive excursions that aren't suitable for tourists—some might even be considered scams! So please be cautious. Due to these factors, I wouldn't rate the hotel as a 5-star establishment... but overall, my experience was positive and I would recommend it, especially because of its natural beauty!

During our summer holiday, we spent ten days at Bodrum Park Resort and had a generally positive experience. The resort is situated in a secluded natural setting, surrounded by a forest. The ocean is absolutely stunning and incredibly clean. There are two options for accessing the sea, either through a lovely beach or a pier. We were always able to find shade, which was extremely important to us since we had a one-year-old baby. The food was also excellent, especially at the main restaurant. However, the service could use some improvement. While there were many friendly waiters, there were also a few (particularly at the beach bar and restaurant) who could be considered rude. We also noticed a difference in how they treated Turkish tourists compared to foreign tourists. Another downside to this resort was that we often heard that the ice cream, coffee, and some drinks were completely consumed and no longer available at the beach bar, coffee corner, or sweets corner. This is unacceptable for an ultra all-inclusive concept and a five-star hotel. Overall, I believe the rating of just below 4 that we found on Google is justified. If you are okay with the aforementioned issues, I would recommend Bodrum Park Resort. Despite these complaints, we still had a pleasant vacation there, mainly due to the exceptional nature and sea.

It was a fantastic vacation, even though it was just the beginning of the season in Bodrum. The drive from the airport takes about an hour, so it's actually quite reasonable. As you get closer to the hotel, it becomes more secluded and lush with greenery. The hotel is situated on a hillside and blends in perfectly with the surrounding nature/forest, which is why you'll find trees incorporated into certain buildings (with notches in the roof) and some steep pathways. The bay below the hillside is exclusively used by the hotel (although parts of it are open for excursions), and you can enjoy a private sandy and gravel beach, or relax on one of the two wooden footpaths. The rooms have been recently renovated and refurbished, and they are very comfortable. There are regular double rooms, family rooms with a bedroom and two bunk beds in a second room, and family rooms with two regular bedrooms. Some of the latter are still undergoing renovations but will be completed by summer. All of the rooms either have a balcony or a terrace. However, the balconies in the main building's regular rooms are very small and only suitable for standing (and maybe smoking. Ashtrays are provided in every room.) The bathrooms are nice and have everything you need: a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and towels. Nothing extraordinary. The staff provides excellent and caring service. They strive to fulfill every request, even when there are language barriers. Most of them only speak Turkish, with limited English skills. However, it's sufficient for ordering drinks since there is a buffet in the restaurant, and the menus in the à la carte restaurants are available in multiple languages, at least Turkish and English, with some even offering German. As for the bar staff, they are mostly Turkish as well, but they are knowledgeable about most drinks unless they are too complicated. There are a few staff members, mostly male, who speak English quite well. They might even assist you when needed, depending on their availability. Our personal favorites were the Starbucks coffee near the pool (open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm), the freshly made waffles (around 11:00 am to 5:00 pm), the freshly brewed Turkish coffee (available all day), and the selection of baklava and biscuits at the lobby bar (from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm). Additionally, we had a special exclusive dinner experience just for the two of us. Originally, it was supposed to be the Turkish à la carte dinner from our booking, but since the restaurant was still undergoing reconstruction after the recent storms, they arranged a special dinner in a beautifully decorated area of the restaurant. They even sent the entire à la carte staff team (as they described themselves) to take care of our elaborate 5-course dinner. We had a wonderful time at Bodrum Park Resort, and even the manager (who is fluent in German but lacks proficiency in English) took great care of us and all the other guests. He greeted everyone by name whenever he encountered them and also had a good rapport with the staff. Right outside the hotel, there is a bus station where the local dolmus to Bodrum city stops. You can find the timetable for both directions in the lobby, or simply ask the manager or reception for assistance. The dolmus costs around €1 per person per trip, and it's better to pay with a card when on the bus. The drivers prefer to have minimal cash on the bus, which is why they use the card reader. It accepts all national and international credit cards, except for Amex. Additionally, it should be noted that using the safe box in the room costs €2 per day if it's not included in your booking. We will most likely come back and stay again.

This is a resort located just 15 minutes away from the main city of Bodrum. It offers a very relaxing atmosphere and excellent services. The staff was extremely accommodating, providing me with easy access services using golf cart transportation to and from the beach and wherever I needed to go. The rooms were impeccably clean, although the bathroom shower had a significant leak. Unfortunately, the attempt to fix it by sending young kids with a cork gun was ineffective. I suggest hiring a professional plumber to resolve the issue. On a positive note, we were given an outstanding room that catered to my handicapped disability, providing close and easy access to the hotel lobby and restaurant. The food at the resort was generally good, but the desserts could have been better in terms of taste and quality. They were quite disappointing. The buffet food, on the other hand, was outstanding, although there should be better monitoring to ensure fresh food is always available and old food is not served. Serving old food negatively affects the hotel's reputation. The table service also needed more attention, particularly in terms of cleaning tables and tableware. It was quite unsatisfactory. Additionally, on windy days, it was uncomfortable to enjoy a meal as things would fly off the tables. While these issues may seem minor, they can impact the overall experience. Improvements in these areas would encourage guests to return. Despite these concerns, I would like to mention that the fish dinner recommended by the hotel manager was exceptional and created a romantic experience for me and my wife. We enjoyed three hours of great food and service. Overall, I would rate this resort as 5 stars, but there are areas that require improvement. I look forward to returning to see if these things have been addressed.
