Iasos Pansiyon Beach

I selected this beach based on the positive comments I read, but unfortunately, I was not very satisfied. However, I will share my own observations, both positive and negative, and the decision is ultimately yours. Positive aspects: The beach is incredibly beautiful, receiving a rating of 9.5 out of 10. The water is clean and warm, with some areas having a mix of sand and moss. The bay is exclusively yours, and the sunbeds are free. The small umbrellas provided are sufficient, and we didn't even need them on the beach. There are larger shades available for a fee. The sea is just a minute's walk from your accommodation, which is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way. The bungalows are well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, hot water, and a stove. It's really nice. Aspects I am uncertain about: The accommodation offers food, but the prices for meals are 2-3 times more expensive, and the drinks are 4-5 times pricier. However, considering it's a seasonal place, I believe the prices are acceptable and not excessively expensive compared to street food. Negatives: Firstly, the road leading to the beach is not in good condition, and you may encounter difficulties if your vehicle is not an SUV. There are several spots along the last 600-700 meters where the bottom of your vehicle may hit the road. It's quite bad, even before reaching the village. Secondly, there are fleas and ants in the houses. You may find ants on your bread in the morning and fleas on the food you bring. It's important to be cautious. There are a few dogs around that frequently urinate, and the fleas may be spreading from them. Additionally, the absence of a fountain in front of the bungalows is a significant drawback. Furthermore, our children's bed was uneven, although it may be specific to the place we stayed. It would be better if they checked it. The sitting tables in front of the bungalows are also uneven, and despite attempts to balance them, they remain crooked. A little maintenance and cleaning would make everything ideal. Overall, it is a tranquil and family-friendly place, but the access can be challenging. Staying for a week or ten days would be better. Bringing your own food and drinks can make your holiday more affordable. If you plan to go out for a doner or buy bread, the road may cause inconvenience. We chose to eat there to avoid going out. Ultimately, the decision is up to you. These are my personal experiences for those who plan to visit based on the reviews.

The reason why it received a high rating is because it has its own beach. Honestly, it doesn't really make sense to give a business a good rating just because it has a beach. I can't say that the food prices are expensive, but the taste is average. All the electronics in the room are old and useless. The curtains also constantly open on their own. The air conditioner cover is making a strange noise. One of the kitchen cabinets is broken and doesn't hold. The kitchen utensils are very limited, especially for those who plan on cooking here. We stayed for a week and no extra cleaning was done. There was no place to wash our feet from the beach, so the rooms became dirty within two days. Unless the rooms are completely renovated, I don't think it's a good place to stay. If you're only looking for a place where your children can swim comfortably, then it might be worth considering.

It is one of the most stunning destinations where you can enjoy a peaceful and happy holiday amidst the natural beauty of the meeting point between lush greenery and crystal blue waters. The accommodations are impeccably clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, including forks, knives, spoons, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and glasses. The air conditioning and TV work perfectly, and there is always hot water for showers. Additionally, there is a sofa bed that can be used as an extra sleeping option. The bungalows feature a lovely small garden with a table, umbrella, and seating area. You have the option to bring your own food, drinks, and cooking tools (such as an air fryer or toaster) from home, which can help make your holiday more affordable. Moreover, the prices at the restaurant are not excessively high, although they are slightly on the expensive side. Nevertheless, every dish on the menu is incredibly tasty, thanks to the exceptional skills of the cook. When it comes to Cennet Bay, there are plenty of high-quality sunbeds available, and the beach is divided into four separate sections, each equipped with mats. The daily fee for these sections is 400 TL, which I believe is a reasonable price considering the shade and privacy they offer. The sand on the beach is very fine, and the shower water is lukewarm, while the sea water remains warm and calm for the majority of the day, occasionally displaying gentle waves. If you enter the sea from the left side of the bay entrance, it quickly becomes deep within 10-15 meters, while the right side has more shallow areas. As you swim further, you may encounter some algae, but it does not hinder swimming. İbrahim Bey and his team are incredibly attentive and helpful, always wearing a smile. I am extremely grateful to them. As for areas of improvement, it would be beneficial to have a small foot-washing fountain near the bungalow entrance, a clothesline for drying clothes, and mosquito nets on the entrance door. Additionally, it would be great if the restaurant prices could be slightly more reasonable. However, even in its current state, this is one of those rare places that I would choose again without hesitation. I highly recommend it.

It's an incredible destination. The breakfast was absolutely delightful and incredibly fresh. The beach truly lives up to its name, paradise. It's absolutely lovely...

All the equipment is of high quality, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The restaurant serves delicious and high-quality food. You can enjoy your meal on the beautiful terrace or at the private beach area. The privacy of this place is exceptional, and I highly suggest experiencing it for yourself.
