When you move away from the sun loungers towards the back of the beach, you'll notice a significant amount of large garbage scattered across the sandy areas. There are snorkels, fishing lines, large pieces of plastic, and various other types of dirt and trash that you can imagine. It's disheartening to see this, so please make sure to dispose of it properly or report it to the relevant authorities. It's a constant problem as these items often end up in the sea, causing distress to our marine life and our beloved Silifke. Instead of being placed in the designated trash cans, there is still a lot of garbage on the sandy parts that urgently needs to be cleaned. It's the same situation every year.
I deduct one point due to the presence of mosquitoes that come out in the evening, usually around 5 or 6 o'clock. They can be quite bothersome, so we tend to retreat. However, apart from that, the sea is absolutely stunning. It's crystal clear and exceptionally clean, resembling a pristine sheet. I highly recommend it, as you can swim anywhere you desire.
