The journey to reach the beach may require a 15-20 minute walk, but the effort is well worth it despite the sweltering heat and perspiration. The return journey uphill is even more demanding, but the stunning beauty of the beach is worth every step. The parking lot charges a fee of 300 Lek, but it's a small price to pay for the chance to enjoy the beach's splendor. While there are sunbeds for rent, there is also ample space to sit on your own blanket or towel. However, it's essential to bring your own umbrella or tent as there isn't much shade available. A few beach bars offer refreshing beverages, and the crystal-clear water is perfect for swimming. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take the hiking trail into the canyon and explore the scenery. Gjipe Beach is one of the most remarkable locations on the Albanian coast, and if you happen to be passing by, it's well worth a stop to

This beach is just lovely. Of course, it's a bit of a trek to get here, about 20 minutes or so, and you'll need to cough up some cash to the lady at the parking lot to park your car. But hey, the view on the way is pretty decent, so it's not like you're being punished or anything. Once you arrive, you'll find plenty of beach chairs to snag and quite a few folks camping out here. It's not exactly a private beach, but it's big enough to accommodate everyone. Just be sure to pack plenty of water, food, and sunscreen - there's not much shade to be found around here. But hey, who needs shade when you've got a beach this nice, right?

Without a doubt, the most enjoyable beach I visited in Albania was this one. To get there, you'll need to drive until you reach the parking lot. The lady who works there is extremely helpful, and the parking fee is 300 LEK. The walk to the beach is a bit challenging, taking about 20 minutes, but the effort is well worth it.

In August of 2021, my travels brought me to Albania where I made the foolish decision to visit this particular beach. While the scenery may have been pleasant, the journey to get there was nothing short of a nightmare. The roads leading to the beach were treacherous and nearly impossible to navigate, much like most roads in Albania. Despite renting a car, the journey was long and grueling. We had to endure a treacherous mountain serpentine for a solid two hours before finally turning onto a single-lane trail which we had to follow for another 50 minutes before reaching the parking lot. And to add insult to injury, the parking was not even free. Upon arriving at the beach, we were met with a sea of people and a complete lack of available umbrellas. We had to walk for a grueling 40 minutes under the scorching sun just to get there, only to find that every single umbrella was already taken. I would strongly
