The beach is absolutely breathtaking, and I discovered some gorgeous seashells during my visit.

The beach is quite remote, but offers stunning views of the channel. Occasionally, you can spot seals and dolphins, and fishing is decent. It is situated near a nuclear power plant, and there are small shelters that give off the impression of people seeking refuge. The beach is a stop for the Dymchurch railway, so it can get crowded at times with visitors, despite its vast expanse.

This place is absolutely incredible! I've had the opportunity to go on a couple of fishing trips with my dad and nephew, and although we've only caught whiting and hounds so far, we were fortunate enough to spot dolphins and seals.

Is it a stony desert, this amazing place? It features vast stretches of shingle, scattered with sea kale, a unique blend of structures including cottages made from railway carriages, designer houses, Derek Jarman's house and garden, a decommissioned nuclear power station, and a couple of lighthouses, all seamlessly blending into the landscape. Additionally, there is a small fleet of fishing boats launched from the beach. The Brittania pub and the Pilot offer food and drinks, and there is also a café at the railway terminal. This area attracts bird watchers, fishermen, sightseers, and holidaymakers, yet the beauty of it lies in the fact that it is rarely overcrowded with visitors. It is simply a place worth revisiting time and time again, as there is always something new to discover.
