Porthcurno Beach is truly world-class, even during the middle of winter. With its golden sand and turquoise waters reminiscent of the Maldives, it is absolutely breathtaking. The view from the cliffs as you make your way down to the beach is stunning, and once you reach the shore, you can simply sit back, relax, and watch your worries fade away. However, this beach also holds a hidden history as the location of a British submarine cable station. Nearby, you can visit the museum to learn more about this fascinating past. Parking at Porthcurno Beach is convenient, as you can pay through an app or at the machine located at the top of the car park. Just enter your registration before leaving and pay for the time you've been parked - a system that should be adopted by all car parks. The only downside is that the beach is a bit of a walk from the car park, but it's not too far. There is also a beach cafe nearby, as well as the Minack Theatre where you must catch a show. Overall, Porthcurno Beach is a must-visit destination, although it can get quite crowded in the summer due to the narrow road leading to it. Despite this, the beach is truly amazing and the water is indeed a beautiful turquoise color.

I decided to visit Porthcurno on a whim today without doing any prior research. As we made our way down to the beach, I noticed a sign mentioning that it's considered the most beautiful bay, and I soon understood why. The turquoise waters and golden sand took me by surprise and left me in awe. The descent to the beach is a bit steep and sandy, but there are steps on the lifeguard side for easier access. The car park accepts card payments, and it's important to note that dogs are not allowed during the summer months. I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of this beach and can't wait to come back for a swim. The crashing waves were so mesmerizing and provided a relaxing atmosphere. 😍

Porthcurno Beach is located in the western part of the stunning Porthcurno Bay, about 5 kilometers east of Land's End in Cornwall. The beach features a lovely sandy shore, clear turquoise waters, and impressive cliffs. The view from the cliffs is truly stunning. Getting to the beach can be difficult as you have to navigate through the cliffs on foot along a long, winding path and steep stairs.

The beach is beautiful with amazing views and a great location. Just be cautious of the steep drop when entering the water, as the waves can be strong and catch you off guard. Some people have been surprised by waves while fully clothed. To the right of the beach, there is a nice walk up to the Minack theatre carpark with more stunning views.

The beach is beautiful and spacious, with a clean and well-maintained environment. It is easily accessible with a short walk and some steps from the car park, taking only a couple of minutes. Parking is free after 6pm and there are toilet facilities available. It was peaceful in the evening when we visited, but it can get busy during peak times, so keep that in mind.
